Borrowing Resources.

Everyone is allowed to borrow books from the library.  You do not need to have a library card, just come up to the issuing desk and tell the library staff your name and tutor group.

Junior students (Year 9- Year 10) are allowed: 3 fiction and 3 non-fiction books.

Senior students (Year 11 - Year 13) are allowed: 3 fiction and 5 non-fiction books.

Everything you borrow is issued for 2 weeks unless prior arrangement is made with the librarian.  The book you borrow is stamped with the due date so you know when to bring it back by.  If you finish the book before that date, feel free to return it.

Overdue notices are put into your tutor group roll folders every 2 weeks. If you have received an overdue notice, you must return the outstanding books to the library as soon as possible.  If you have lost or damaged a book, see the library staff to arrange payment of the book. Students who leave the school cannot have their leaving certificate signed unless they have returned all their books.

These items cannot be issued out: Magazines, Newspapers, Desk Item Resources, References, Not for Loan.

UNIFORMS

All students are required to wear correct school uniform and appropriate standards of grooming, neatness and cleanliness are stressed for all. The uniform is available from the College shop.
